(3)The ambulance room or dispensary shall be separate from the rest of the factory and shall be used only for the purpose of first-aid treatment and rest. It shall have a floor area of at least 24 Sq. metres and smooth, hard and impervious walls and floors, shall be adequately ventilated and lighted by both natural and artificial means.
