Section 19 in Tamil Nadu Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment Of Ownership) Act, 1971
19. Powers of entry.
- It shall be lawful for any person authorised by the authorised officer in this behalf to enter into or upon any kudiyiruppu or superstructure with or without assistants for purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
