Section 22A(1) in Maharashtra Factories Rules, 1963
(1)Limits of temperature and air movement - In any factory the maximum wet-bulb temperature of air in a work-room at a height of 1.5 metres above the floor level shall not exceed 300°C and adequate air movement of at least 30 meters per minute shall be provided; and in relation to dry-bulb temperature, the wet-bulb temperature in the work-room at the said height shall not exceed more than that shown in the Schedule hereto, or as regards a dry-bulb reading intermediate between the two dry-bulb readings, that specified in relation to the highter of these two dry bulb readings:
