ORDER
Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.19.1.11 with the PIO, DRM Office, Eastern Railway, Sealdah seeking information against six points related to the with regard to "statutory provisions of HoER and Railway Servants (Hours of work and period of Rest), Rules, 2005" against 6 points. Shri Z.G.Firdausi, PIO replied on 25.2.11 enclosing the point wise information dt.14.2.11 furnished by Sr.DOM. The Applicant however, filed an appeal dt.28.2.11 with the Appellate Authority stating that no reply has been received till date. Shri P.K.Saha, Appellate Authority replied on 313.11 stating that information has already been provided on 25.2.11, while enclosing a copy of the reply furnished by Sr.DOM dt.14.2.11 . Still not satisfied, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.16.4.11 before CIC Decision
2. On review of the documents placed on record, I have noted that the Appellant in his second appeal has stated that information has not been provided in the manner in which he wanted it, without stating what information he still requires. I am therefore not in a position to authorize disclosure of any information in the absence of such details.
3. The appeal is therefore rejected and the case closed at the Commission's end.
