40. Presumption as to entries.

- All entries [in the record of right (Khatauni)] [Substituted 'in the village map field book (Khasra) and record of right (Khatauni)' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2016, dated 11.3.2016.] prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Code shall be presumed to be true, until the contrary is proved.
