34B. Registers to be maintained and returns to be submitted by the curer.
(1)Every curer registered under rule 34 shall submit the following returns to the Secretary or any other officer of the Board authorized by the Chairman in this behalf, namely;(a)a return in Form 11 within fifteen days of completion of curing;(b)a return in Form 12 within fifteen days of the disposal of the cured tobacco.
