150. Indemnity.
- No suit shall be maintainable against the Development Authority or any officer or other employee of the Development Authority or any person acting under the direction of the Development Authority or of a Magistrate in respect of anything done lawfully and in good faith and with due regard to the provisions of this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.I.
