Section 13 in The Niramoy Group Of Institutions Acquisition Act, 1982
13. Repeal and saving. -
(1)The Niramoy Group of Institutions Acquisition Ordinance, 1982 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Niramoy Group of Institutions Acquisition Ordinance, 1982, shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
