Section 47 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
47. Public access to documents and maps.
- Subject to the rules made in this respect, the public shall have access to all documents and maps pertaining to a plan and copies thereof shall be furnished to any person applying on payment of the prescribed fee.
