Section 13(5) in The Delhi Apartment ownership Act, 1986
(5)Whenever any succession to an apartment has been recorded by the competent authority under sub section (4)m such authority shall send a true copy of such record, to the concerned Registrar for registration thereof in accordance with the provision of Section 14.
