7. Building rules.
- No cinema shall be licensed under these rules unless the cinema conforms to the rules laid down in this chapter :Provided that Rules 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19(1), 19(2), 20, 21 and 22 only shall apply in the case of touring cinemas.
