Ms.Jyoti Chaudhary,Advocate, for respondent Nos.2 to 6 Rakesh Kumar Jain,J: (Oral) This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to take a final decision in respect of the issue of penalty by taking into account all the issues raised by the petitioner in its representations dated 15.07.2015, 03.10.2016 and also after taking into account the decision taken in the meeting dated 26.2.2013 held under the Chairmanship of respondent No.1.

After notice, the respondents have put in appearance and filed reply.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

After taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide about the issue 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 09-06-2017 23:53:34 ::: CWP-COM-48 of 2017 -2- regarding quantum of penalty as soon as possible but preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order after taking into consideration the representations made by the petitioners dated 15.07.2015, 03.10.2016 and the decision taken in the meeting dated 26.2.2013.
