Section 7(1) in M.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(1)An application for the grant or renewal of a Licence for transportation, storing and trading of mineral/minerals or its products outside the lease/mine/quarry area shall be made to Licensing Authority' of the concerned district in Form 5.
