- Every warder shall be required from time to time to undergo such instruction and practice in the nature of military training as may be necessary to acquaint hint and keep him acquainted with squad and company drill and to render him thoroughly efficient in the use of the arms at any time prescribed for the use of warders. The hours of duty to be exacted from warders shall not ordinarily exceed 4P average of 8-1/2 hours or a maximum of 9-1/2 hours on any one day. Each of these periods includes half hour's drill.
