ORAL ORDER
Pursuant to disclosure in letter dated 30.11.2001 at Annexure `C' probably there were not be any liability upon the petitioner being respondent no.2 in Arbitration Petition No.13 of 2010 wherein, Arbitrator has rejected the application by the petitioner to cross examination the witness of the Bank. Therefore, at present, there is need to grant interim relief in terms of para No.8(B) till the returnable date. Accordingly interim relief is granted till the next date of hearing.
Let there be NOTICE, returnable on 11.12.2017. Parties shall complete their pleadings, on or before 24.11.2017.
Direct service is permitted.
