Section 384(3)(iii) in The High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007

(iii)No press representative will, in any circumstances, be allowed private access of Ministerial Officers of the Court, nor will he allowed perusal of any judgement until it has been revised and signed in the ordinary course, except by the special permission of the Judge who delivered it.
