- No Bhumidhar or Asami shall let, for any period whatsoever, any land comprised in his holding except in the cases provided for in section 36.Explanation - Any arrangement whereby a person is entitled to a right merely to share in the produce grown on the land in consideration of such person assisting or participating with the tenure holder in the actual performance of agricultural operations is not a lease.
