(1)Notwithstanding the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1989, or of any other law for the time being in force, or of anything having the force of law by whatsoever authority made or done, no person, other than the accused or his pleader, shall be entitled to be furnished with a copy of any part of the records of, or of any document relating to, any proceedings under this Ordinance.
