Section 20(1) in Presidential And Vice-Presidential Elections Rules, 1952
(1)As soon as practicable after the close of poll the presiding officer shall, in the presence of such candidates and authorised representatives of candidates as may by present, close and seal up the slit as well as the ballot box.
