In partial modification of our order dated 5th March, 2018 passed in Transfer Petition (C) No.124-131 of 2018, we permit the petitioner herein-Mumbai International Airport Ltd. and all similarly situated persons alike petitioner herein to intervene in the pending matter before the High Court of Delhi, to enable them to place their view point in the case.
Considering the nature of controversy and urgency, we request the High Court to dispose of the main matter preferably within a period of six months from today.
The transfer petition is accordingly disposed of.
Application for clarification/direction also stand disposed of.
