We have heard Mr. Rahul Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-State of Madhya Pradesh, who has taken us through the impugned judgment and other materials on record.

We do not find any good ground warranting interference with the impugned judgment in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, the special leave petition is dismissed both on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
