Section 21(vii) in Rajasthan Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities Rules, 1968
(vii)the licensee shall not impose any restriction on the inspection by any Archaeological Officer of his operations under the licensee or the structures or antiquities discovered during such operation. The licensee shall not also object to the taking of notes on or the filming of, the structures or antiquities so discovered, by an Archaeological Officer;
