Section 89(1) in Delhi Prisons (Inspection, Meetings and Duties of Officers) Rules, 1988
(1)In addition to the duty prescribed for gate-keepers in section 21 of the Prisons Act, 1894, the gatekeeper shall maintain such registers and enter therein such particulars as the Inspector-General may from time to lime prescribe in that behalf.
