[1]. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 stated that the factum of settlement dated 07.09.2018 done before Additional District Judge, Rewari could not be brought to the notice of this Court on 21.08.2019, vide which some incriminating facts were recorded in the order. [2]. In pith and substance, this Court wanted to know the outcome of readiness and willingness on the part of respondents No.1 and 2 to accept the proposal made by the petitioner before Mediation and Conciliation Centre which was even signed by the petitioner.
[3]. Since the parties have settled their dispute, therefore, 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 28-10-2019 02:06:07 ::: CR No.2710 of 2018(O&M) 2 in my considered opinion, no further action is called for in this revision petition.
[4]. In view of above, this revision petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that in case, statement of facts made hereinabove is found to be otherwise, he can move an application for revival of the revision petition.
