Section 55(4) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(4)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other Act relating to the establishment of a University in the State or in the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and Order made thereunder on and from the specified date, the colleges or institutions referred to in sub- section (3) shall be disaffiliated from the University to which they were affiliated on the date immediately preceding such specified date and shall be deemed to be colleges or institutions affiliated to the University.
