Section 10 in The Jammu and Kashmir Energy Conversation Act, 2011
10. Authentication of orders and decisions of the Bureau.
- All orders and decisions of the Bureau shall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary or any other officer of the Bureau authorized by Director General in this behalf.
