Section 17(1) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of State Load Despatch Centre and Other Related Matters) Regulations, 2010
(1)The working capital shall cover :(i)Operation and maintenance expenses excluding human resource expenses for one month;(ii)Human resource expenses for one month;(iii)Receivables equivalent to two months of the system operation charges and market operation charges as approved by the Commission.
