(2)[ Every minority school other than Teachers' Training Institute to be established and administered after the date of the commencement of the Act shall, send to the competent authorities referred to in sub-rule (1) above and every minority Teachers' Training Institutes to be established and administered after the date of the commencement of the Act shall send to the Deputy Director (Teacher Education), a statement in Form V within three months from the date of the opening of the school or Teachers' Training Institute, as the case may be.] [Substituted by G.O.
