Section 50(5) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(5)The licensee shall tap all the trees allotted for the shop regularly and ensure that toddy is available in that shop every day for sale. If he fails to do so, the licence is liable for cancellation.The licensee shall be bound to observe all the above conditions.
