(3)The accounts of the Bureau as certified by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India or any other person appointed by him in this behalf together with the audit report shall along with the annual report shall be forwarded to the Central Government annually by the Bureau to enable it to place the audit report together with the annual report before each House of Parliament.
