Section 20 in Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir Act, 2005
20. General Fund.
- The University shall have a General Fund set up by Board in the name of the University and operated by the University to which shall be credited -(i)rupees twenty crore as a one-time capital grant to be made by the Board for meeting the non-recurring cost of the University ;(ii)rupees two crore to be annually contributed by the Board ;(iii)its income relating the fee and endowments ;(iv)contributions or grants as may be made by the Board ; and(v)other contributions or grants as may be made by any person or authority.
