Section 22(b) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Revenue Surveys and Sub-Divisions of Survey Number) Rules, 1969
(b)in the case of sub-division of survey numbers in Form 'C ' if the land is situated within the limits of the districts of Thana, Kolaba and Ratnagiri, and in Form 'D' if the land is situated within the limits of any other district of the State.
