1. The present application has been filed under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), seeking grant of interim bail for a period of 30 days in FIR No. 34/2019 under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) (subsequently, the Chargesheet was filed under Sections 302/404/201/120B/34 of the IPC) registered at Police Station DBG Road, on the ground that the son of the applicant is getting married on 28th November, 2023.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the ring ceremony of the applicant's son is also scheduled on 5th November, 2023 and for that purpose, venue has already been booked, the details of which have been shared with the Investigating Officer (IO).
3. Status Report shows that a Verification Report has been filed on behalf of the State wherein it has been confirmed that the marriage of the applicant's son is on 28th November, 2023 and the ring ceremony is on 5th BAIL APPLN. 3619/2023 Page 1 of 3 This is a digitally signed order.

4. The son of the applicant, who is also a co-accused, has already been granted interim bail vide order dated 9th October, 2023 passed by this Court.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was released as per the HPC guidelines during COVID earlier and had duly surrendered in time.
6. In light of the above, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the applicant from the date of release till 30th November, 2023, upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, who will be a person other than the surety given by the co-accused in the order dated 9th October, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The interim bail shall be further subject to the following conditions:
a. The applicant shall report to the concerned IO once a week on every Saturday.
b. The applicant will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
c. The applicant shall provide permanent address to the Trial Court. The petitioner shall intimate the Court by way of an affidavit and to the IO concerned regarding any change in residential address. d. The applicant shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.
e. The applicant shall provide all mobile numbers to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not switch off or change the mobile number without prior intimation to the IO concerned.

7. The applicant shall surrender immediately on 30th November, 2023.
8. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
9. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
