01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner- Nayana Behera with a prayer for settlement of the Government land in her favour under the provisions of the OGLS Act and Rules.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a representation in that respect has been filed by the Petitioner before the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.4) on 10.05.2024 and the same may be directed to be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that there is prescribed format in which the Petitioner has to apply for settlement of the Government Page 1 of 2 land in her favour under the OGLS Act and Rules and the same has not been done by the Petitioner.

In view of such submission, we are not inclined to pass any order in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application before the appropriate authority seeking relief as prayed for in this writ petition.

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
