Section 10 in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
10. Change of name of Society.
- Subject to the provisions of section 12, any registered Society may, with the consent of not less than two-thirds of the total number of its members, by a resolution at a general meeting convened for the purpose, change its name.
