Section 11(1) in Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972
(1)An application for the grant of mining lease shall be disposed of within [120] [90 days have been replaced by 120 days vide by S. O. 305 dated 26.3.1985.] days from the date of its receipt.
