Section 7(l) in The M.P. Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007
(l)that the private university shall be open to all persons of either gender, and it shall not discriminate on grounds of caste, creed, religion, race and it shall not be lawful for the private university to adopt or impose on any person any test whatsoever of religious belief in order to entitle him to be appointed as a teacher of the private university or to hold any other officer therein or be admitted as a student in the private university or to enjoy or exercises any privilege thereof;
