Section 3(1)(c) in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976

(c)Detailed particulars of cargo to be landed at the port, with items of special cargo and heavy lifts shown separately with their storage and distribution of cargo hatch wise shall either be attached to the vessels' arrival notice or be sent at least 24 hours before the arrival of the vessel and this cargo advice shall be in triplicate.
