Section 2(3)(g) in Advertisement (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2012

(g)"Encouragement of Illegal Advertisement" means encouraging, by direct and indirect means, indulgence in advertisement in contravention of the provisions of these bye-laws or interfering in or obstruction the discharge of duties or exercise of power by the Commissioner and/or the superintendent in accordance with the provisions of these bye-laws;
