Section 100(2) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(2)Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) the State Government or any officer authorised by the State Government in that behalf, may call reports, returns and other information from the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or the local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] concerned in regard to the implementation of the master plan.
