Section 23(2) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018
(2)No ingredient noxious to health shall be added or stored in the country liquor bottling plant. The flavoring, essence or aromatic agents used for compounding the liquor shall be fit for human consumption.
