(b)Publish the electoral roll, together with the list of amendments, by making a complete copy thereof available for inspection at his office and displaying a copy thereof on his office notice board and at such places of industrial establishment or industrial establishments, as the case may be, of a class of industry m a local area as he may deem fit and proper ; and
