Section 3(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014
(2)An application for grant of certificate of registration as REIT shall be made, by the sponsor [on behalf of the trust] [Inserted by Notification No. SEBI/L.A.D.-NRO/GN/2016-17/022, dated 29.11.2016 (w.e.f. 26.9.2014).] in Form A as specified in the Schedule I to these regulations and shall be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of such amount and shall be payable in the manner as specified in Schedule II to these regulations.
