This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs:
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to allow/permit to the petitioners to inspect her all answer-sheets of Main Examination, U.P. Judicial Services, Civil Judge (JD) Examination-2018 held on 30.01.2019 or supply the copy of the answer-sheets bearing Roll Nos. 038739, 042177 & 001623 respectively of the Main Examination aforesaid;
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to evaluate all the answer-sheets of the petitioners of Main Examination U.P. Judicial Services, Civil Judge (JD) Examination- 2018 held on 30.01.2019;"
Heard Sri K.K. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the UP Public Service Commission and perused the record.
A perusal of the record shows that the petitioners have not yet approached the Respondent No. 1, UP Public Service Commission for redressal of their grievances. However, in case, the petitioners approach the Respondent No. 1, it will take appropriate action in terms of the order dated 1.10.2019 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 15728 of 2019 (Aayushi Vs. UP Public Service Commission and another) provided there is no legal impediment.
With this observation, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
