Section 13(1) in The Maharashtra Legislative Council (Chairman And Deputy Chairman) And Maharashtra Legislative Assembly (Speaker And Deputy Speaker) Salaries And Allowances Act, 1956
(1)The State Government may, in consultation with the Chairman and the Speaker, make rules or orders for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
