Section 40 in Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016
40. Recovery of amount due to State Government.
- Any amount due for the State Government from any person under this Act on a certificate issued by the Director or an archaeological officer authorized by him in this behalf be recovered in the same manner as an arrear of land revenue.
