Section 85 in Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1998
85. Approval of draft licence.
- After inquiry, if any, and the hearing, the Commission may decide to grant or refuse the licence. If it decides to grant the licence it may do so by approving the draft licence with such modifications, changes or additions and subject to such other terms and conditions as the Commission may direct.
