Section 65(c) in Rajasthan District Board Account Rules
(c)The Secretary of the Board shall carefully scrutinize the securities and satisfy himself as to the sufficiency when they are first offered and thereafter at least once a year. If he considers any of the said securities to be insufficient he shall require the person concerned to furnish additional or fresh security. He shall take care to see that the same person in not accepted as surety on behalf of a disproportionately large number of officers or servants.
