Section 25 in Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University Act, 2007
25. Chancellor.
- The Governor of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.31, Agriculture and Cooperation (Horti & Seri) Department, dated 22.12.2014.] shall be the Chancellor of the University. He shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of the University and shall, when present, preside at any convocation of the University. He shall exercise such other powers as may be conferred on him by or under this Act.
