Parties through their counsel.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that although the learned
Member of the MACT has held the disability of the appellant to be 50% but in
fact he is 100% disabled on account of paralysis which he has suffered.
Although there is no latest document placed on record to support this
contention.
In such circumstances, the appellant is directed to mark his appearance
before the Medical Board of District Hospital, Dhar and the Superintendent of
the aforesaid hospital is directed to get the disability of the appellant verified
and submit its report so that the same can be considered in the next Lok Adalat.
Appellant to mark is presence before the concerned hospital on
26/08/2022 on which day, the appellant can also be called to some other date
on which the Board meeting takes place.
